What is your return policy for performance gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, cycling shorts and bibs must be tried on over clean undergarments.
How should I care for my technical fabrics and chamois?
To prolong the life of your gear, machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach, and always hang to dry instead of using a machine dryer.
